LH is very impt in both sexes. The luteinizing hormane is secret by anterior pituitary gland in body In female the luteinizing hormone which is (LH) responsible for secretions two hormone estrogen and progesterone that help in maintaining the menstral cycle estrongen in responsible for rupture of graafian follicle progesterone responsible for thickening of endometrium layer which shed every month or u can say maintaining the endometrium inner layer that responsible for attached of zygote . In male the LH act on leydig cell and cause secretion of androgen responsible for metagenesis
