Sticky keys are keys such as alt, ctrl, shift which are pressed once and the function is activated or deactivated only until they are pressed .
Toggle keys are for people who are visually challenged and they can feel them to work.
Toggle keys like num lock, caps lock are keys which are only pressed once to activate the function unlike sticky keys and only pressed again if the same function is to be deactivated.
