    Email is an electronic mail system which is useful for transferring the messages in minimal time limit from one place to another.
    The two options available in the email are replying and forwarding.
    Both of these functions have different purposes.

    • Replying: It is the option used to send the reply of already received an email from a person of the group. It has Re at the beginning of the subject. The user or receiver understands from the subject that it is a reply to an already sent message.  
    • Forwarding: It is the option helpful to share the email with another person. Like you received an email from company X with an offer. You like to share or convey the same message to your friend. You can click to forward the message. The receiver of this mail with FW in the subject line.
