In here we put, 2as=v2-u2 So, 2×-0.4×s=(0)2-(20)2 (because it stops at last so final velicity will be zero and initial velocity is 72km/h is changes into 20m/s) -0.8×s=-400 S=-400/0.8 S=400×10/8 S=50×10 S=500m
