1) *** Ratio is defined as the number of females per 1000 males in the population. (2) Two reasons responsible for unfavourable *** Ratio in India : (i) People prefer to have a baby boy rather than a baby girl. (ii) People go through pre-natal *** determination test. In case of a girl child, they abort the child. Hope it help you.?
