Sophie is a good and daydream girl and positive thinking but jansie was a not see a daydream in a life. She thinking a work to biscuit factory.

Sophie is a girl who lives in world of dreams and imagines a world full of fantasies which gives her false pleasure. She escapes reality and lacks strength to accept the truth.She builds castles in air and takes her fantasies too far when she tries to live them in real. Jansie on contrast is a more practical and realistic girl who understands situations well and tries to bring sophie to reality and adviced her not to fell in trap of fascinations.She knew their family background explains sophie that they are destined to work in buiscuit factory after school.She is talkative and friendly. Both are teenagers and good friends but have very different approach towards their life.
