    It must be done in the following sequence 1.write "Notes" at the first line 2.A whole title of the full paragraph 3.sub heading (it can be written when you divide the passage into 3 or 4 parts) 4.the lines taken from the paragraph in phrases manner(the use of phrases made the writing easy) 5.key to abbreviations (a small box where you write the used abbreviations) 6. summary starting with suitable title
