Listening to MR. Lamb Derry felt like his burnt face should not influence his future as its not matter hiw you look like but what matters is what is inside. MR. Lamb made him realise that listening to those who speaks ill about you is worthless but instead of listening to them he should listen which gives him happiness. The emphatical relationship between Derry and MR. Lamb gave Derry a lots of courage, strength and support which might help him in future. In this way Derry became a transformed person
