Total partner = total assets - outside liabilities =1940000 - 1300000 = 640000 C = 250000 × 4/1 = 1000000 Hidden goodwill = total capital of new partner - total capital of all partners = 1000000 - 640000 = 360000 C's goodwill = 360000 × 1/4 =90000
