0.2 mole of oxygen atoms=0.2 mol*molar mass of oxygen atom=0.2mol*16mol=3.2gm

1.   If it oxygen atom...

Atomic mass = 16 u

Gram atomic mass = 16gm

i.e. 16gm oxygen atoms have 1 mole of atoms

Which means 0.2 moles of atom = 0.2 × 16 gm

                                                           = 3.2gms

2.  If its oxygen gas(molecule) O2 then

Molecular mass of O= 32 u

Gram molecular mass is 32gm

i.e. 1 mole of O2 molecules have 32 gm mass

Hence 0.2 moles = 0.2 x 32 gm

i.e. 6.4 gm is the answer
