    1) At the time of independence of India and Pakistan jammu and Kashmir is a independent state there is no control of India and Pakistan. 2) when Pakistan control over Kashmir area and they give name to that area is azad Kashmir. 3) then the prince of jammu and Kashmir take the help of India government and then India government give help to j and k. 4) India government give the 370article and 15A to both j and k. 5) In that article Indian government provide help to j and k Indian government also give permission to make there on constitution, there on citizens right and Indian government take some decision like : a) security issues . b) foreign policy .
