Electron do not fall into the nucleus because it revolves in an discrete orbit and while revolving in that discrete orbit it do not radiate energy and hence it do not falls and moves in its orbit and that is the reason the matter around us is highly stable , if it would fall in the nucleus than the matter will be highly unstable... Hope it helped☺??
