Diameter(d) = 16 m
radiu(r) = 8 m
Height = h m
volume of the cylindrical tank = 5632 m3 
volume of the cylinder = πr2h
∴ πr2h = 5632
(22/7) x 8 x 8 x h = 5632
h = (5632 x 7) / ( 22 x 8 x 8) 
h = 28 m
