The length , breadth and height of cuboidal shape godown are 15m,9m and 6m respectively. How many cubes of side 3 cm each placed one on other can be kept in godown?

    Given :
    Length of cuboidal shape godown = 15 m
    Breadth = 9 m
    Height = 6 m

    Find the volume of cuboidal godown :-

    Volume of cuboid = (Length × Breadth × Height) cu. units
    = (15 × 9 × 6) m³
    = 810 m³


    Side of cubical box = 3 m

    Now,
    Find the volume of cubical box :-

    Volume of cube = (edge)³ sq. units
    = (3)³ m³
    = 27 m³


    Find the number of box can be kept in the godown :-

    Number of box = Volume of cuboidal godown / volume of each cubical box
    = 810 m³ / 27 m³
    = 30


    Hence,
    The number of box can be kept in the godown = 30
