Stomata It helps in exchange of gases like carbon dioxide and oxygen. It helps transpiration process. Have guard cells for opening and closing. Mitosis The cell divison occur for the growth. Mother cell divides to form two identical daughter cells. The daughter cell have same no.of chromosomes. It helps in growth and repairing of tissues. Cell included are calles somatic cells.
