Molar mass of glucose, C6H12O6 = 6×12+12×1+16×6 = 180g

Given Mass of the glucose, C6H12O6 = 100g

As we know that, Number of moles = mass of an element/molar mass of an element

Hence Number of moles glucose, C6H12O6 = 100g/180g = 0.55 moles.
