Douglas had a fear of water since childhood, but he didn’t give up on practising swimming so firstly he joined YMCA for swimming but there also he had fearful instance. then after few months he hired a own swimming instructor and started practising swimming. No matter what happens in past, but he didn’t gave up on swimming and now he didn’t had the fear of water

Douglas was afraid to go inside the water because of the mishappening which took place with him ,but he choose to learn how to swim, and later he practiced swimming for 3 months and he swam alone in the deep water of Ocean. So, by this we can say that he conquered his fear.
