It is truw that the kinetic energy of a particles of matter increases with the increase in temperature but up to a certain limit and its boilng point as it reach its maximum temperature the water changes its state in the same way in case of milk when we add lemon in it and heat it due to chemical reaction the white colour subtance called lactus and water seperate since water rich its maximum temperature it evouprate and the white colour subtancr remain due to loss of water it take a solid shape called cheeze or khowa☺
