The basic tools which forms the ICT is Radio, Television, Newspaper, etc., The ICT tools are used for exchanging information via physical or digital in nature.  

The most common tools to form ICT are:

• Radio the oldest and mankind’s first ICT tool invented over a century the radio is still a part of civilization telling us how far we have come, although conventional radio's are outdated but can be still found in rural places, where it is used to listen to commentary, news and emergency broadcast.
• Television the most amazing tool which not only transmits sound but also channel's video information to the people around the world and is broadcasted all over the world.
• Newspaper probable few centuries old and the first kind of communication that was first used to give information to the common masses by the King, the forefather of all ICTs.
