In sponges and hydra, the water in (which they live) bring food and oxygen as it enters their bodies. The water also carries away carbon dioxide and other waste materials as it moves out of their bodies. Thus, water do transportation of their bodies, they don't need any circulatory system nor blood. THANKS.
