1) Jan Evangelista Purkinje: He is known for its contribution to the discovery of large nerve cells with many branches.
He also discovered the fibrous tissues which hold the pacemaker stimulus and it is known as Purkinje fibers.
2) Robert Brown: He is known for its contribution to the discovery of cell nucleus and the Brownian motion.
He is best known for his Brownian movement in which the microscopic view shows the random movement of the particles in the surrounding colloidal environment. He further discovered the cell nucleus in 1831 while observing the plant tissues.
