Soory in 3rd temple = 1/2 × x/4 =x/8 ; A.T.Q. ; x/2+x/4+x/8 = x ; (4x+2x + x + 24)/8=x ; 7x+24=8x ; 8x-7x=24 ; x=24 ; So, the total no.of flowers are 24

Let the no. of total flowers be x.So, the no. Flower spend in 1st temple=x/2 and in 2nd temple=1/2(x-x/2) = x/4 than in 3rd= 1/2 × x/4 = x/6 ; A.T.Q. ; x/2+ x/4+x/6+3=x
