India not face again any problems. India was newly independent. In 1947 india was independent. So these 2 world war time btween two countries USA and USSR. Countries were merge in two countries. But in these time some countries newly independent. They was not want to under any country. So these countries decided NAM . Jawhar lal nehru was the head of NAM. NAM 1 meeting in balgrede . India not want again under any which country. So they were start NAM policy.
