    Jo first genetic material tha ya ni ki RNA usmae uracil tha jis kae karna uska structure unstable tha time kae sath vo evolve hua or DNA bana jis mai uracil ki jagha par thymin tha jis nae uskae structure ko stable kar diya .

    Because dna had been evolved from rna which is a less stable structure. Rna is less stable due to some factors ,one of these factor is presence of uracil. So,in short uracil is less stable than thymine and hence is not present in dna.
