By inhalation we take oxygen inside lungs. Small bag like structures called alveoli are present in lungs which has blood capillaries concentration of oxygen in blood capillaries is less ( concentration of CO2 is more)and concentration of oxygen is more in alveoli By process of diffusion oxygen move from alveoli to blood capillaries Blood capillaries carries carries oxygenated blood to different tissues and cells By process of exhalation CO2 is given out.
