with the help of dna polymerase which bind the nucleotides againt other and discontions stand have okazaki fragments which help the formation of dna in 5 'to 3' direction

firstly dna stand open with enzyme dna helicase which break the bond between nucleotides then ssbp(single standard binding protien) come to protect single standerd dna from nuclease present in pur cell then one stand foam continuesly and other dicontinuesly.....
