anticodon is a nucleotide triplet at one end of a tRNA molecule that recognizes a particular complementary codon on an mRNA molecule. and codon is a sequence of three nucleotides which together form a unit of genetic code in a DNA or RNA molecule.

Anticodon is that strand of DNA which will act as template and the other which don't participate Durning transcription is called codon strand
