Because sometimes our immune system loss the property to differentiate between self or non self partical due to some kind of deficiency and assume that it is non self particle and in order to protect body from it it kill the particle

Because of auto immunity. Some of the antigens are quite similar to body's own cells , the antibody produced against the foreign particles will also treat body's own cells as antigens and start destroying them. Auto immunity is a immune disorder in which the immune system of an individual start rejecting the body own cells and this leds to varieties of diseases called auto immune disorder.
