Let  cost 12 candles=60x ( 60 is lcm of 12 and 15)

cost of 1 candle=60x/12=5x

selling price of 15 candles= cost of 12 candles=60x

sale price of 1 candle=60x/15=4x

so loss=5x-4x=x

Loss% =100*loss/ Buying cost

=100*x/5x=100/5

Loss=20%
