    Because if you take any element whose electron also move in 4th shell then you first write 1s to 4s.

    Because electrons are filled by serial wise like maths counting 1,2,3.......100 so electronic configuration is starts from 1s,2s,2p,3s,3p,3d,3f ,4s ,4p and so on
