    Because synthesized dna by rna transcriptase not only affects t- lymphocytes, as well as other helper t lymphocytes so none of them remain left and body become deficient of immunity.in that case myobacterium or any normak disease could cause death.

    Because AIDS is not a disease its a sympton and it effect immune system an AIDS person can't die with AIDS they die with other disease because immune system get damaged in this disease so person losses its immune power to fight with other diseases
