Positive point:-1.it had complex communication network vast energy resources including oil, iron, Steel and machinery production controled by state 2.developed economy -it had domestic consumer industry produced everything from pen to car but their quality did not match western countries,3.minimum standard of living - there was Soviet state ensure minimum standard of living for its citizens govt provide basic necessities including health, education, childcare and welfare schemes,,,negative points:-1.the Soviet system become very bureaucratic and authoritarian making life very difficult for its citizens, 2-lack of democracy and absence of freedom of speech the people expressed their views in jokes and cartoons, 3-soviet union legged behind the west in infrastructure and technology and could not fulfill the aspirations of the people

Positive points are 1. Minimum standard of living provided by govt. 2. Basic heath facilities given by govt. 3. Education and child care facility also given by govt. Negetive points are 1. Land and productive assetes governed by govt. 2. They have to pay the tax as that as their govt. Need or want. 3. They cant be ask to the govt. That what u r doing by that money which u take from us in the form of tax.
