    Since viruses contai rna which highly reactive due to its this nature it could acquired trait which would be resistant for such anti oxidant.as we know variation akways provide a way to survive better in any condition .

    Virus mutate at a very fast rate.even if the companies make anti oxidants it wont work as the virus has developed a mutation which have the ability to resist the effect of anti oxidants.
