Senders address Date ***** The Police Inspector Gandhinagar Delhi Subject - disturbing loudspeaker in the centre of the city Dear sir I am a. Student of Kv no 3 Delhi and i wnat to draw your attention towards the loud speaker in the middle of city which is disturbing our daily life. It is the season of exams and the students are appearing exams and due to the loudspeaker they are feeling disturbed and are unable to concentrate their mind in their examinations. City Horpital is also neareby andit is strictly prohibited that traffic or loudspeaker should not be near the hospital , as the patient needs a peacefull environment to heal up !
