The rational number between -3 and 1
{tex} = \frac{{( - 3 + 1)}}{2}{/tex}
{tex} = \frac{{ - 2}}{2} = - 1{/tex}
Now, rational number between 1 and -1.
= {tex}\frac{(-1+1)}{2}{/tex}= 0
and rational number between -1 and -3
{tex}= \frac{(-1-3)}{2}{/tex}= -2
Thus, we have -3 , -2, -1, 0, 1.
