Size of the prokaryotic cell is relatevely large than eukaryotic cell.membrane bound cell organelles are absent Eukaryotic cell - it have well developed nucleus .here eu means new and karyot means nucleus.size of eukaryotic cell is smaller than the size of eukaryotic cell .
