Here the maximum frequency is 10 then the corresponding class 10 - 20 is the modal class
l = 10, h = 20 - 10 = 10, f = 10, f1 = 2, f2 = 5
Mode {tex}= l + \frac { f- f _ { 1 } } { 2 f -f _ { 1 } - f _ { 2 } } \times h{/tex}
{tex}= 10+ \frac { 10 - 2 } { 2 \times 10 - 2 - 5 } \times 10{/tex}
{tex}= 10 + \frac {80} {13}{/tex}
= 10 + 6.15
= 16.15
