A train at a uniform speed covers a distance of 350 km in 3 1/2hours. Find the speed of the train and the distance covered by it in 5 hours.

Distance =350
time =7/2
speed =distance ÷time
=350×2/7
=100 km/hr

speed =100 km/hr
time = 5hours
distance = 100 × 5
= 500 km
