Sir,
Sub: Resistance of loudspeakers
Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the noise created by loudspeakers and vehicles in this colony. Our colony is adjacent to the industrial area. There are a number of factories that produce irritating noise day and night. Not a single day passes when one cannot escape from the noisy atmosphere. The blaring of loudspeakers at the time of religious ceremonies, birthday parties or wedding ceremonies adds to the noise in the area. The patients are unable to have a wink of sleep. The overloaded trucks and other commercial vehicles are the other sources of noise pollution.
The students cannot concentrate on studies and the employees of the public and private sector don’t get peace of mind.
Yours truly,
Naveen.
