Lysosomes are known as digestive bag.they are small spherical bodies few micrometer in size.they are produced from golgi bodies. they are called digestive bag because it digest every foreign material as well as work out the organelles.
Function :
- lysosomes destroy unnecessary particles.
- they contain hydrolysing enzymes and usually take part in the digestion of food.
