In first three stanza ,poet explained about the conditionds of children in slum.In last stanza poet wishes the children to break the bonds of life of despair in the slum ,so that they can come out of their dirty surrondings into an open area of freedom .

In last stanza,u can say that some suggestion were given by the poet in order to make these slum childrers life more healthy nd happy...but other 3 stanzas describes the difficulties they face and the way of there living...........Hope u understand
