    There are some cases when RH positive blood type is crossed with RH positive blood type we may get RH negative group due to mutations in an individual but this is rare.

    No since the recessive gene always expresses in homozygous condition you wont get any Rh- ve blood. You can get this blood group only when either of the parent blood group is homozygous Rh-ve and atleast one of the parent blood group genotype is heerozygous Rh-ve. Make cross and find out.
