BF3 is non planer and also trigonal planer shape and is symmetrical with all respects. And no contain free unpaired electron because Florine is very electro negative dipole moment is 0.
Since fluorine is more electronegative than boron,each B-F bond in BF3 is polar and three bond moments are equal. However the symmetry of trigonal planer shape means that the three bond moments exactly cancel one another. Thats why it is non polar because net diople moment is 0.
