Services ate treated as a part of intermediate consumption ,accordingly payment of fees to lawyer orCA engaged by a firm is not to be included

All this transaction mentioned by YOU iare unilateral ( one sided in nature).It does not involve any productive service (i.e the services which are incurred on factors of production ) and also not involve any consideration in return . This was the reason for exclusion for such transaction from national income eatimation .
