1. Authoritarian govt. That is communist party's dictatorship in ussr 2. No right to speech to the citizens of ussr..no political rights to the citizens 3. Ussr donot have much resources left with as ussr focuses more on military expenditure 4.gorvachev reform policy led to the disintegration of ussr as soviet union was lack behind west 5.soviet union lack behind west in technology..infrastructure etc 6.ussr failed to fulfil the aspirations of the citizens
