It is true to state that congress is an social ideological coalistion from a long period. As frm the beiginning of its formation it include the people of elite and intelligent class.. later on it included people with the diff. Ideology of moderates .. extremists .. revolutionaries.. violents ..etc.. and other sec. Like poor .. and diff. Groups representatives also added in cong. Thats y it is an ideological coalition
