No.. First name of the organisation then notice then topic

Firstly, write "NOTICE" in the middle and below it "the topic" then "the organisation's name or school's name " if given otherwise not. Then on the left hand side, write the date and below it write your content. At last, on the left hand side, write your name. And close the whole content in a square close box.
