    Gandhi agreed to 25%compensation b'coz he consider that the amount of money is not much important but important. Is that British era had surrender their part of money as well as their prestige. He wanted to realize British that Indians could also oppose them, it is only there cooperation that their policies are followed by Indians. They are nothing without Indians.
