In differentiating after transformant and xenon transformant antibiotic ampicillin and tetracycline are used thatthat helps in differentiating transformant and non transfer meant by putting on the ampicillin and the cell in the transformants and non transformants are checked when they grow on the ampicillin and not grow on the tetrceiling then they are the transform and and when they grow on both ampicillin and the tetra selling then they are non transformants
