Do we have to include premium on issue of shares while calculating calls in arrears When there is under subscription ?

Yes it is included like premium is 2 b paid wid allotment n there is arrears in allotment then the excess amount received is firstly adjusted through allotment anount n if still remains then it is used to recover premium after adjusting the excess received remaining are call in arrears.
